Log into your account or contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive specific return instructions.

Box the Item

Securely pack the product in its original manufacturer's packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and parts to ensure a full refund.

Label and Ship

Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
